Country house with spacious plot of land located in a village near hills and fields 35 km north of Montana, Bulgaria.
The property consists of a renovated garage, partially renovated house with two floors, old barn, several small farm buildings and 3000 sq.m. of land.
The ground floor holds three rooms – living room, kitchen and basement. One can reach the living room and the basement by entering into a short corridor accessible from the front side of the building. The living room is renovated and has new windows, new floor, new wiring, new plastering and fresh coat of paint on the ceiling and the walls. Near it is the basement which is in its original state.
Through a separate entrance one can go into a short corridor which brings you to the kitchen. New windows and a fresh coat of paint have been added to this area of the house. Around the corner is the short staircase leading to the second floor. There one can find several fruit trees, some flowers, strawberries and a big walnut tree that provides nice shade in the hot summer days.
The house received some renovations and is in overall good state but it still needs the renovation process to be finalized in order to be brought to modern day living standards.
The property borders two streets one of which goes down to the main road. The nearest grocery store is less than 50 meters away from here. The library, the primary school, the post office, mayor`s office, café-bar and main square are just 6-7 minutes away by foot.
