Big rural property with house, garage, barn, workshop and spacious plot of land situated in a quiet village near forest, hills and dam 40 km north of Vratsa.
The house has two floors connected via short external staircase made of carved, solid, stone blocks. The ground level has a small covered porch from where one enters into a corridor. Here you have access to three rooms – living room and basement located to the left and kitchen situated to the right. At the bottom of the corridor one can find a small premise used as bathroom.
The second floor has spacious lobby, corridor and three bedrooms. The house is in good condition but there are plenty of items inside that need to be removed. Both towns provide supermarkets and grocery stores, construction material stores, police station, fire station, library, etc. The town which is the seat of the local council is bigger and also has cinema, hospital, dentists, gas stations, service stations, banks & ATMs, furniture store, pharmacy, etc. Both towns have regular bus transport to the regional capital city Vratsa, the national capital city Sofia and other towns and villages in the area.
